I'm a 66 yr old widower that has been drag racing since the late 50's. Got out for years to raise 4 kids and got back on a whim in '94 with my daily driver 3/4 ton pickup. One thing led to another and with the support of my beloved wife we just kept going. In 2000 we put together the current pickup and it's just like a "boat". Open both doors and throw money in. I race a pickup just to be a little different than the normal Camaros and Chevelles.

'68 GMC 1/2 ton short bed, BB Chevy on pump gas, turbo 400, 9" rear end with ladder bars, DOT tires, runs hi 10's at 4000 lbs.
